1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Sound Heart Healing, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Sound Heart Healing provides sound therapy and healing services including but not limited to individual sessions, group sessions, workshops, retreats, and training programs. All services are provided for wellness and educational purposes.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Policy

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Confirmation of booking will be provided via email or phone.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Full payment is required for workshops and retreats at the time of booking.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

• Individual sessions: 24 hours notice required for full refund
• Workshops: 48 hours notice required for full refund
• Retreats: 7 days notice required for full refund
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

4.2 Practitioner Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
• Providing accurate health information
• Informing us of any medical conditions or concerns
• Following pre-session guidelines provided
• Respecting the practitioner and other participants

6. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, or concerns that may affect their participation in sound therapy sessions. Sound Heart Healing reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential. We may use anonymized testimonials and feedback for promotional purposes with client consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sound Heart Healing’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and techniques used in Sound Heart Healing sessions are the intellectual property of the practitioner and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

Sound Heart Healing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
